I collect and process personal data when you:
– use the contact form on my website
– book an appointment through the online scheduling tool
– provide information as part of an inquiry or project
This may include:
– Name

– Phone number
– Other voluntary information such as project description, preferred date, or message content
The data is used solely for handling your request, communicating with you, and preparing or executing a potential collaboration.
4. Web Analytics
I use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool hosted in the EU. No cookies are set, and no personal data is stored. All analysis is fully anonymized.
5. Hosting and Data Storage
The website is hosted by all-inkl.com (Germany).
Operational data from forms and appointment bookings is stored in the Odoo system, hosted by Odoo Online.
All data is subject to regular backups managed by Odoo, performed at different intervals across various international server locations.
6. Disclosure to Third Parties
Your data will not be shared with third parties unless required for fulfilling a contract, mandated by law, or explicitly agreed upon. Currently, no subcontractors are used.
7. Data Security
All systems and communication channels are protected through technical and organizational measures (such as HTTPS encryption, access restrictions, and regular backups). I take data protection seriously and ensure your information is handled securely at all times.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your stored personal data and, where applicable, to restrict its processing.

9. Changes
I reserve the right to amend this privacy policy if necessary. The version published at www.odify.ch is the one currently in effect.
